How to use the wet pack?

To make the most of the wet pack's benefits, follow these simple steps:

Take the large cotton cloth and fold it into a long strip, roughly 10 inches wide and 1 meter long.
Immerse the cloth in cold water. Make sure the water is comfortably cold; tap water is suitable, or you can add some ice if needed.
Squeeze out excess water from the cloth.
Wrap the damp cloth around your abdomen. Ensure it's securely tucked in to prevent it from slipping off. Position half of the cloth above your navel and the other half below it.
Take the smaller cloth strip, dampen it in cold water, and wring out the excess water.
Wrap the damp strip around your neck.
Similarly, dampen the third small strip, wring it out, and wrap it around your forehead.
