Using an Enema: Cleaning Inside Your Body
Enema is a way to clean your insides when you have waste stuck in your intestines from eating the wrong foods. It's like giving your intestines a bath! It's safe and easy.
When your intestines are clean, sickness goes away. Bad things don't like clean places.
Don't worry! Enema is easy and doesn't hurt.
How to Use an Enema
Find a quiet place, like a bathroom.
Clean the enema pot and put 1-2 cups of warm water in it.
Make the pipe wet with coconut or olive oil.
Put the enema pot higher than your butt.
Go on your knees and bend down with your butt up and head down.
Put the pipe in your bottom about 2 inches. Hold it so it doesn't fall out. Use the clamp to control the water. Let the water go into your body.
Take out the pipe and hold the water inside for 5-10 minutes. Walk and rub your stomach in circles. The dirty stuff will start coming out.
When you feel like using the bathroom, sit on the toilet. You'll be surprised how much waste comes out!
How Often to Do It
For the first 3 weeks, do it every day. After 3 weeks, do it once a week or when you need it. If you're sick, do it 2-3 times a day.
Best Time
In the morning is good. If not, any time with 2-3 hours after eating.
Remember
Kids under 10, pregnant women, and those with piles shouldn't do enema.
Only use water, no soap or other things.
